Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Front of house duties: answering phone calls, picking up voicemails and passing messages to the relevant people; monitoring various inboxes and either responding to emails or forwarding them to the relevant people; manning the reception doors as required, ensuring pupils are accompanied before leaving the school. Supporting staff and SLT in contacting parents/carers throughout the school day as needed.
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to company systems and have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
