The role

We are seeking a proactive Site Administrator to support the project team at our Bath Gasworks development. This role involves ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating meetings, and managing day-to-day administrative functions.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site and project team.
• Act as a first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general site enquiries.
• Coordinate site documentation, inductions, compliance records, and related processes.

Experience required

• Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel to project sites or head office as required (travel and accommodation costs covered).
• Confident in taking accurate minutes and communicating effectively with managers, directors, and board members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong diary and schedule management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage own workload efficiently.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
