Wales England Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Care Trainers (Development Coaches) to deliver Levels 2 - 5 Apprenticeships in Adult Care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a private training provider delivering apprenticeships across England, where you’ll play a vital role in motivating, supporting and inspiring learners to succeed. Working Monday to Thursday, 8am–5.30pm, this role offers an excellent four-day working week, with most work delivered remotely and some travel across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Purpose of the Role
The Development Coach will provide tailored support to apprentices to enable them to successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme. The role focuses on high-quality delivery, apprentice progress, and positive employer engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
· Deliver apprenticeship programmes Levels 2–5, including Functional Skills to Level 2 in English and maths.
· Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with employers.
· Update and maintain an allocated caseload of apprentices using OneFile.
· Plan, deliver, and accurately record comprehensive monthly and 12-weekly progress reviews.
· Ensure all apprentices receive robust quality assurance feedback in a timely manner.
· Adapt delivery styles to meet the individual needs of apprentices.
· Effectively manage individual performance, targets, and caseload expectations.
· Report all safeguarding concerns in line with company policies to the Designated Safeguarding Officer.
· Attend team meetings, standardisation meetings, monthly 1:1s, and annual appraisals.
· Actively engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
· Communicate effectively across the organisation at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
· Recognised delivery/assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, or TAQA).
· Level 2 (GCSE grade A–C / 4–9) or equivalent in English and maths.
· Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), or willingness to work towards.
· Relevant sector qualifications related to Health and Social Care and/or Children and Young People.
· Experience working in an education, training, or apprenticeship environment.
· Experience delivering or supporting Functional Skills (English, maths, and/or digital skills).
· Experience liaising with employers and external partners.
Desirable
· D34 / IQA Award.
· Additional qualifications in learning support or SEND.
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in training delivery.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working at a management level within a sector setting.
· Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes at Levels 2–5.
· Experience supporting apprentices with Functional Skills up to Level 2.
· Experience maintaining accurate apprentice records on an e-portfolio system (e.g. OneFile).
· Competent use of IT systems including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
