We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to lead the delivery and development of specialist dietetic services within our Adult Eating Disorders Service across Somerset.
As the Dietetic Lead, you will provide professional and clinical leadership for the dietetic management of adults with eating disorders. You will ensure the delivery of an expert, evidence-based dietetic service, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations to develop integrated care pathways aligned with national best practice.
This is a key leadership role requiring advanced clinical expertise, the ability to manage a complex caseload independently, and a passion for improving outcomes for individuals affected by eating disorders. You will also play a vital role in supporting and developing staff, promoting understanding of eating disorder management, and shaping service delivery across the Trust.

- Degree or equivalent professional qualificationsHPC registeredPost Graduate education to Masters level and / or post graduate clinical training in relevant specialist area or skills relevant to eating disorders.BDA Clinical Supervisory Skills Course

- Post graduate NHS experience with clinical experience relevant to working with adults with ED's.Experience of working across organisational boundaries in a health care settingHighly specialised knowledge of the management of long-term conditions including ED's.Knowledge of adult health and social care agendaExperience of supporting staff and developing staff members
