We are inviting applicants for a training post to become an Advanced Practice Midwife. This is an exciting and challenging development opportunity designed for midwives who are ready to advance their scope of practice whilst continuing to work within their current clinical role. The successful applicant will undertake the Trainee Advanced Practitioners programme, which is a structured training while remaining embedded in your existing clinical team. The role includes:
The post holder will work as a highly skilled and experienced autonomous practitioner across the Maternity services as part of a well-established specialist multidisciplinary and multi-agency team. You will be managing and supporting a broad range of complex maternity patient cases and be part of the MDT planning care pathways, follow-up and acute care.
