Description
Operates in safety a production line manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As member of the shift team the Skilled Operator is responsible for the performance of the machine.

- An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.
- Run the machine and watch the process; if necessary adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems
- Participate to the DOM Carry out machine repairs within certain limits.
- Lead size change-overs, maintenance and other technical activities and organize support from Technical Dept. and RST.
- Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine.
- Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation.
- Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary.
- High School, Technical Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an operator role in the manufacturing area
- Proven experience with operating complex machinery or production equipment and understanding of the operational processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues with machines or equipment.
- Process optimization experience or involvement in improving production workflows or efficiency.
- Experience with safety protocols and maintenance procedures for equipment, including calibration, inspections, and cleaning.
