As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner in the Mansfield Community Social Work Team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming social care, playing a pivotal role in developing our all-age working practices. You'll be integral to supporting our Team Managers, implementing innovative changes, and embedding new ways of working.

Your Role

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of social workers, occupational therapists, and community care officers
• Manage a small, complex caseload with a mix of priorities
• Champion the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals
• Foster integrated working with partners and promote independence through reablement and enablement approaches
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England
• Experience as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP), Best Interests Assessor (BIA), or Practice Educator (Level 2)
• Knowledge and experience in safeguarding adults within multiagency procedures
• Strong supervisory, training, and development skills
• A full driver's license and access to a car for work
