As an experienced Affiliate Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a number of high-value Affiliate Accounts. This involves overseeing affiliate strategies from initial partner identification and recruitment, through to diligent management and optimization of campaigns across various affiliate models (e.g., CPA, CPL, Rev Share) for some of the UK's biggest and most forward-thinking advertisers
You will have people management responsibilities and ensure Affiliate specialism excellence in the day-to-day output of the Accounts you work on. A passion for all things Affiliate marketing and a high level of Affiliate specialist knowledge is a given, as well as experience of industry performance marketing tools and platforms is necessary – e.g., Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, affiliate tracking software, analytics platforms etc.
The role also requires proven management skills, good communication, numeracy acumen, strong presentation skills, the need to be a team player, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
As an Affiliate Account Director, you will proactively work closely with your counterparts in the wider marketing and growth departments to understand your client's business needs, with a view to delivering knowledgeable, accurate and innovative affiliate plans that can really drive our clients' business forward.
As an Affiliate Account Director, you will start to engage and proactively participate in department outputs, sharing your opinion and contributing towards a progressive working environment.
