Location: Warton, Onsite – 5 days per week on site

Job Description

In this role, you will deliver Technical Work Packages for the Air ERP Infor LN product (primarily version 10.8, with scope for 10.4), translating business and technical requirements into practical solutions. You will support incident resolution and the development of new system capabilities while working within Air ERP Technical Authority governance across the full solution lifecycle.

Core Duties

  • Deliver Technical Work Packages for the Air ERP Infor LN product (primarily version 10.8, with scope for 10.4)
  • Translate business and technical requirements into practical, effective solutions
  • Support incident resolution and contribute to the development of new system capabilities
  • Work within Air ERP Technical Authority governance across the full solution lifecycle
  • Contribute to design, configuration, unit testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain accurate technical records and configuration items
  • Support continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Develop and manage role-based permissions, system personalisation, and batch jobs within Infor LN
  • Ensure smooth, reliable system performance across the ERP environment

  • Essential Skills

    • Considerable understanding of ITIL V3 principles, applying effective incident and problem processes while keeping colleagues informed and aligned
    • Validated experience gathering, shaping and interpreting requirements to support accurate configuration and solution development
    • You will have a background working within large, multi-faceted IT environments, using this experience to explain technical considerations clearly to varied stakeholders
    • You need to be capable using Jira and Confluence to track work, share updates and maintain structured, transparent delivery records
    • Practical experience with ServiceNow to support controlled change, workflow accuracy and clear visibility of service activity
    • Depth of experience in design and configuration governance, contributing ideas that strengthen service quality and support continuous improvement across the platform
