- Developing Airbag with customer vehicle layout
- Concept creating for achieving the vehicle layout
- Creating concept design with coordinating with Designers
- Concept validation with core engineering
- Design validation in Cad - Coordinate with Simulation team
- Final Design Release for airbags
- Discussion & confirmation of specifications with Component suppliers
- Design review material creation
- Risk assessment creation
- DFMEA creation – Risk analysis
- Validation activities - coordinating & confirming with V & V engineering
- Testing activities - to be prepared & validated
- Test Report preparation for all Validations
- Final Handover with production team
