Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead engineers in planning and executing projects, including managing internal and external (customer) communications.
- Support the preparation of modules, coordinate testing arrangements, and conduct analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the lead engineers to identify and implement necessary countermeasures to meet target requirements and validate them through testing.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal discussions and customer presentations.
- Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, numerical simulation, and experimental methodologies.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams, with strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
