The Role

Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn? As an Analyst at Howden, you’ll play a key role in supporting Associates and Senior Associates in delivering best-in-class insurance solutions for clients. You’ll be working with the balance sheet advisory & structuring team who advise clients on balance sheet and capital optimisation.

No prior insurance experience? No problem—we’ll equip you with all the knowledge you need to succeed.

What you'll do

• Support client advisory teams in managing complex insurance requirements
• Assis with negotiation to secure the best possible terms for clients
• Develop business relationships and contribute to company growth Over time, take ownership of transaction processes and client engagements

Who we're looking for

• Someone with experience Quantitative Analysis
• The ability to code
• Someone who is keen to move into the insurance industry
• A determination and willingness to learn
• Written and oral business fluency in English
• Ability to work well as part of an open and collaborative team
• Analytical, with an attention to detail
• Articulate, personable and willing to, in time, meet clients/prospective clients and their advisors to explain our offering
