We have an opportunity to secure a place within our Consulting Graduate Programme. This is a 2 year scheme with rotations around all solutions within our Consulting teams.

On the Consulting Graduate Programme with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the programme through on-the job and structured learning sessions.
You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Graduate programme in other international offices.
This is a hybrid Graduate programme and there will be an expectation for all Graduates to be able to get to the London office at least three days’ a week.
If things go well, it is anticipated you will be offered an opportunity to join us permanently at the end of the 2 year progamme and we’ll support your career aspirations.
To Be Eligible For The Korn Ferry Programme
- You must have graduated with a 2:1 or better in 2025.
- Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so please note that you must have full permanent authorisation to work in the UK (UK Citizenship or settled status) and not be on a visa / work permit with an expiry date.
- Be passionate about wanting a career within Human Capital Consulting (this is not finance or IT driven) where people are placed at the heart of all strategy
- Be able to demonstrate experience of participating within Client led consulting activities at University / been an active member of the consulting society.
- We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
- You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
