Location: Swindon

Position Information; 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Scientist 2 to join our expanding Swindon manufacturing facility, supporting our innovative Zydis product line.

The Scientist 2 will be responsible for delivering analytical activities within the Analytical Laboratory. All work must be carried out in compliance with cGXP requirements, supporting analytical investigations, meeting project timelines, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The Role:

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with commonly used laboratory equipment, including chemical, chromatographic, and physical evaluation techniques for pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Works independently on analytical testing activities, including stability batch release, clinical batch release, analytical method development, and method validation.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency projects within the Analytical team, including supporting training activities.
