About The Role
The Anti-Piracy Team is part of the General Counsel’s Office; it is charged with the global protection of Springer Nature Group content and assets against piracy. The team is currently based in London, UK, and Shanghai, China, we are also currently recruiting in Delhi, India.
Role Responsibilities
- Third-Party Takedown Programme: Optimise efficiency and impact by outsourcing NTD tasks and proposing development improvements.
- Data Exchange: Manage metadata and takedown data sharing between Springer Nature and third parties.
- Vendor Management: Chair quarterly meetings with providers, produce agendas/minutes, and oversee follow-up actions.
- Service Level Monitoring: Track third-party performance against contracts and ensure compliance.
- Test Purchases: Establish and manage systems for localised test purchases, including tracking and review.
- Investigations: Support and lead complex investigations as needed.
- Threat Anticipation: Identify and document emerging threats with the Global Head of Anti-Piracy (GHOAP), and present to senior management.
