Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an Apprentice Site Manager in our North east region to join our construction team and develop a long-term career within the industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified team whilst typically gaining a BSc in Site Management or Level 6 equivalent qualification.
Working alongside experienced site managers, you will support the coordination of site operations and develop the skills required to manage projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Assist the site management team with daily site operations.
- Help coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Support health and safety monitoring and site inspections.
- Assist with site logistics, deliveries and materials management.
- Maintain site documentation and records.
- Support quality control processes on site.
- Attend college or training programmes as part of the apprenticeship.
- Strong interest in construction and project delivery.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- GCSEs including Maths and English.
