Job Summary
We are recruiting two ARC Team Managers to join our busy Contact and Administration team.
The team manages a high volume of digital and telephone enquiries, including registration applications, updates, complaints, and other correspondence from a wide range of stakeholders. It’s a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with a strong focus on safeguarding children and young people.
As a Team Manager, you will lead multiple ARC Team Officers and their teams to deliver excellent customer service, high‑quality administration, effective first‑point‑of‑contact resolution, and achievement of KPIs. You will work with other Team Managers and senior colleagues across ARC and the wider organisation to maintain and continually improve service delivery.
