Pilgrims Europe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to join our Broiler team, based in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate(s) will provide overall responsibility for the production of Broiler Farm chickens through supporting Farm Managers and Relief Farm Managers to ensure targets are met and all procedures and standards upheld. Pro-active communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimum and efficient performance of each flock is a must.

There will be an expectation to provide on-call support for allocated farms within your specific areas and assist in this for other farms to cover holidays/absence
