About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team of Area Service Delivery Managers.
You will be responsible for managing IAM RoadSmart’s operational service delivery within the South East area. You will have a key focus on the delivery of advanced driving and advanced riding tests/assessments and supporting local Groups deliver excellent customer service.
You will be an ambassador for IAM RoadSmart, building engagement with our membership and external partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that all IAM RoadSmart standards and qualifications are implemented, adhered to, and regularly quality assessed.
You will have a close relationship with the IAM RoadSmart Groups and volunteers in your area with a view to helping them grow our membership. In addition, you will develop ongoing relationships with external organisations and partnerships.
The ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is a core requirement of this role. Our Area Service Delivery Managers are part of the Field Team and for this role you must be located within the South East area.
As a minimum requirement you must be the holder of both Police Advanced Driving and Riding qualifications or hold the IAM RoadSmart Masters with Distinction, and IMI National Observer qualifications for both car and motorcycle.
