The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Art Collection Project Manager to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do
- Direct and oversee GRE programs and projects, driving operational efficiency, best practices, on-time delivery, and goal attainment while expertly juggling multiple initiatives through smart prioritization
- Design, deploy, and refine operational processes, including database upkeep for precise records, while spearheading ongoing improvement efforts
- Collaborate with the Business Management Team to oversee budgets, ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and organization
- Act as the primary liaison for vendors, managing relationships and contracts while promoting a team culture of organization and accountability
- Deliver reports, analyses, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities to boost effectiveness and instill a culture of accountability and continuous growth
What You Bring
- Up to 10+ years in project management (PM) or VP-level roles
- Proven track record managing budgets, financials, and resource allocation
- Strong background in real estate development or creative art curation, acquisitions, and portfolio management
- Multilingual proficiency (second language beneficial)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
