The Vacancy

Asbestos Surveyor – South East England

RSK Asbestos are expanding, and we’re excited to offer opportunities for Asbestos Surveyors to join our dynamic team across the South East of England. If you're an ambitious Surveyor or Analyst looking for your next step, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re ideally seeking candidates based in Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Greater London, or Hertfordshire. The role offers a varied working pattern, with a balance of home, site, and office-based work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting asbestos surveys across a diverse range of properties
  • Preparing plans and detailed reports, including photos and recommendations
  • Carrying out air monitoring and inspection of asbestos removal works
  • Photographing and documenting asbestos locations within surveyed buildings
  • Travelling to client sites across the UK, when required
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates, raise issues, and ensure excellent service
  • Completing monthly QCs within expected timeframes


What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant P-Certs with at least 6 months’ documented experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident IT user with the ability to work effectively with survey software
  • Experience with air testing software (desirable)
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a supportive team
  • Clear communicator with good attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
