We have meaningful conversations that start with people's own strengths, and making connections with families, friends, and local communities to achieve the outcomes that matter and improve wellbeing. When care and support is required, we work collaboratively with people to find solutions to live their lives as independently as possible. With experience of working with adults who draw on support, you'll be able to work in a busy fast paced environment and thrive under pressure. You'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrating empathy, you'll be committed to personalisation, prevention, and empowering residents. Appointment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
