Summary

Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity and innovation in the construction sector. We are looking for an Assistant Site Engineer (graduate level) to join our growing site delivery team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop technical and practical skills on major construction projects.

Working with experienced engineers and site managers, you will support the accurate delivery of construction works while developing a strong foundation in site engineering.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with setting out and surveying activities.
  • Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records and site documentation.
  • Support quality assurance and inspection processes.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and the site team.
  • Assist with resolving technical queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to develop a long-term career in construction.
