We are looking for an Assistant Site Engineer (graduate level) to join our growing site delivery team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop technical and practical skills on major construction projects.
Working with experienced engineers and site managers, you will support the accurate delivery of construction works while developing a strong foundation in site engineering.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with setting out and surveying activities.
- Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate engineering records and site documentation.
- Support quality assurance and inspection processes.
- Liaise with subcontractors and the site team.
- Assist with resolving technical queries.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
