Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redditch for an Assistant Branch Manager at YESSS Electrical. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in daily operations and help ensure the branch runs efficiently and achieves its business goals. Responsibilities include staff supervision, managing stock levels, providing excellent customer service, overseeing deliveries, and assisting in sales activities to meet targets. The role also involves contributing to decisions on operational improvements, handling administrative tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to support and guide a team
- Experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Organizational and operational skills for managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and handling logistics
- Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry or logistics sector is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Previous experience in a similar role or supervisory position is preferred
