The Role

At NEXT, we don't stand still. We are constantly evolving and pushing boundaries on a global scale. As an Assistant Finance Project Analyst, you will be at the heart of this growth, using data to drive success and making an impact that matters.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the link between technical and non-technical teams. You’ll share updates and recommendations with colleagues at all levels, facilitating the discussions that drive our decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Look for ways to automate or optimise how we work. You’ll collaborate with the team to implement best practices, ensuring we always work smart and continue to learn as we evolve.

  • What You’ll Bring

    • Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in an analyst role, with the ability to solve problems and translate data into clear actions.
    • Communication Skills: You are a master of building relationships and can engage with diverse groups of people with clarity and belief.
    • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SQL or Databricks for data analysis is essential.
    • Qualifications: You are CIMA or ACCA qualified.
    • Attitude: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to 'take it on' in a fast-paced environment.
