Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and support month-end management accounts
  • Post accruals, prepayments, revenue deferrals and journals
  • Reconcile revenue and costs across entities
  • Deliver clear variance analysis and commentary
  • Complete balance sheet, intercompany and stock reconciliations
  • Support audit and statutory processes
  • Improve processes within the Management Accounts team
  • Partner with teams across the business to resolve queries and ensure accurate reporting
  • Contribute to acquisition integration activity where required

  • No two days are the same — you’ll need to be organised, analytical and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For

    • Finalist or newly qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
    • Previous experience in a Management Accountant (or similar) role
    • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas)
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles
    • Experience with Sage 200 (desirable)
    • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
    • Detail-focused, proactive and solutions-oriented
