- Supporting the management team in running daily operations smoothly
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-notch customer service
- Assisting with sales strategies and boosting business performance
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Creating a positive, energetic work environment where everyone thrives
- Building strong connections with customers and ensuring they have a great experience
- Helping with administrative tasks and managing shift schedules
- Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
