We are seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor (graduate level) to join our commercial team in the Midlands. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop commercial and contractual skills while working on a wide range of construction projects.
What You’ll Do
- Support the commercial management of construction projects.
- Assist with valuations, cost reporting and forecasting.
- Help prepare subcontract packages and procurement activities.
- Support change management and cost control processes.
- Assist with final accounts and project financial reporting.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
