A Bit About What You Will Do...
- Assistant Restaurant Managers within our luxury hotel oversee restaurant operations for the outlet, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations.
- Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
- Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
- Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- You are a true people’s person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service
- You will be obsessed about brand standards, with real passion for hospitality
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- You have a good working knowledge of food and beverages
- You are a great leader and strive to develop and motivate the team
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
