The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced trainers and facilitators who can deliver complex content to senior, multi-disciplinary audiences in a range of delivery settings including online. As an Associate Adviser you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training on an ad-hoc basis. You’ll work closely with NHS stakeholders and senior, multi-disciplinary audiences, contributing your expertise to the effective delivery of our programmes.
In this role, you’ll deliver and facilitate training on managing and resolving practitioner performance concerns, drawing on your own experience of case management or investigation. You’ll use standardised materials to ensure a consistent, quality-assured approach, while adapting to group needs, managing dynamics, and supporting meaningful discussion. Workshops are delivered both in-house and as part of a national programme, across face-to-face and virtual settings.

Practitioner Performance Advice provides a range of expert services to NHS organisations and other bodies in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and other administrations. We deliver case advice, assessments and other interventions as well as education programmes, Insights publications and a range of other expert services to support effective management and resolution of performance concerns.
