  • Translate AI into Workforce Impact: Articulate the impact of AI, robotics, and cognitive technologies on roles, skills, culture and organisational structures, developing strategies to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities for the workforce.
  • Enable Data-Driven Readiness: Utilise workforce analytics and AI tools to provide actionable insights into workforce capabilities and readiness, informing targeted interventions and ensuring a productive and agile workforce post-AI implementation.
  • Coach Transformation Leaders: Support business leaders in becoming authentic, accountable, and visible transformation leaders, equipping them to champion AI adoption and managing change effectively within their teams.
  • Develop Thought Leadership: Contribute to innovative thought leadership on change management, business readiness, and the human impact of AI, positioning Deloitte as a leader in activating future-ready organisations.
