A global healthcare communications agency is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Client Services team.
This is a senior leadership role with primary accountability for client strategy, portfolio growth and commercial performance.
The Role
The Associate Director:
- Owns senior client relationships and acts as a trusted strategic partner
- Leads portfolio-level strategy and drives organic and new business growth
- Holds accountability for revenue, profitability and financial forecasting
- Provides clear strategic direction to cross-functional teams
- Leads proposal development and pitch processes
- Oversees delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Manages and develops high-performing teams
Portfolio responsibility typically exceeds £4M in revenue.
