As the Microsoft D365 Lead Solution Architect in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team, you will play a key role shaping and building our Microsoft D365 F&O practice in the UK. You will work with our account teams, providing insights into Microsoft capabilities, to help drive the growth of our Microsoft services with our clients. With your deep experience, expertise and innovative thinking, you will lead client transformation programmes to re-imagine the way they run and manage their business. Leveraging your experience, you will develop your internal Deloitte network across industry teams to build awareness of our Microsoft capability at an enterprise level with a focus on supply chain. The role provides the opportunity for exceptional personal growth, to support our global strategic clients address their most significant business challenges and be a key part of continuing to build our Microsoft team.

You will have experience of supporting C-level executives in defining solutions that support the client strategy and enable a technical roadmap to shape the future operations and finance function.

You will provide a unique perspective combining industry insight, deep knowledge of Microsoft, business transformation, cloud adoption and disruptive digital enablers to deliver value to our clients. You will use your knowledge of business process, information model and Microsoft to design solutions and future products and services, influencing critical solution architecture decisions.

You will use the extensive experience you have gained though-out your career to build and develop our internal capability, provide technical insight (on MS D365 F&O), assess training needs and be a role model to our emerging talent, demonstrating how you engage and work with clients to solve their most complex business problems.

Support the senior leaders of our most strategic clients define the solution architecture and transformation roadmap to address complex business challenges. Combine industry insight with deep knowledge of business transformation enabled by Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and broader digital enablers.

Essential:

• MS D365 Finance & Operations FSCM certification
• Proven experience with multiple full life-cycle implementation of MS D365 F&O demonstrating experience in both core ERP and an understanding of how broader Microsoft capabilities can be developed to meet client needs (Power Apps, Fabric etc.)

Desired:

• Demonstrated understanding of the current state of the art for automation, continuous integration/deployment and cloud-based delivery models
• Comfortable articulating functional and technical designs with non-technical client leaders
• Effective listening skills to understand and break down client business problems
• Ability to share good practice and influence stakeholders on the merits of the solution you propose
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story
• Demonstrated business domain and/ or industry knowledge
• Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients
• Effective cross-functional project management, communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in consulting or professional services
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into information models
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction.
