The role
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role within our AI/ML Engineering Practice.
As an Associate Director, you’ll be the technical authority behind the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML systems, leading from the front and setting the standard for excellence. You’ll specialise in the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, shaping how we architect, build, and scale AI solutions for our clients.
You won’t just deliver projects, you’ll influence strategy, drive innovation, and help position Kubrick as a thought leader in one of the fastest-moving areas in tech.
