What sort of work? Our highly experienced Disputed Wills & Estates team is looking for an Associate to join our London office. The team is led by Tony Cockayne and ranked in Tier 1 for Contentious Trusts & Probate with Legal 500, where Tony is listed as a Leading Partner. He is also a recommended lawyer for Private Wealth Disputes in Chambers High Net Worth and the team are ranked as Band 1.
In this role you will be involved with a range of contentious matters, including Trust and Estate disputes and contentious Court of Protection. We have a wide range of clients, including acting for high-net-worth individuals and national charities including Cancer Research UK
You will also play an active role in business development activities.
