Associate Principal – Engagement Management

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

Korn Ferry is growing its UK&I Consulting business and is seeking Associate Principals to lead the delivery of large, complex client programmes.

This is a senior delivery leadership role, ideal for consultants who enjoy owning complex engagements, leading teams, and working closely with senior clients — without stepping fully into a sales-only role.

What you’ll do

Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream consulting engagements
Act as a senior client contact and escalation point
Own engagement governance, financials, and delivery quality
Coach and develop consultants and engagement managers
Partner with Client Partners to ensure excellent client outcomes

A strong track record leading complex consulting programmes
Experience managing senior stakeholders and delivery teams
Commercial awareness and financial ownership experience
