Associate Principal – Work & Career Architecture / Total Reward

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

Korn Ferry is expanding its UK&I Consulting team and is seeking Associate Principals to lead complex Work & Career Architecture and Total Reward engagements for private-sector clients.

This is a senior delivery role for consultants who enjoy leading workstreams, advising senior stakeholders, and coaching teams, while remaining close to client delivery.

What you’ll do

Lead integrated W&CA and Total Reward workstreams
Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders
Ensure quality, rigour, and consistency of delivery
Coach and develop consultants within project teams
Partner with Principals on complex engagements

What we’re looking for

Strong experience across Work & Career Architecture and/or Total Reward
Proven ability to lead complex consulting workstreams
Confidence advising senior HR and business leaders
A collaborative, delivery-led leadership style
