Description

As an Associate Product Manager, reporting to the Product & Range Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end development of our European product proposition. Working closely with product, creative, supplier and internal teams, you’ll help ensure products are delivered on time, on brand and aligned to business priorities.

You’ll support a wide range of activities across the product lifecycle, helping ensure all new product development launches on time and all associated administration is completed accurately. Through strong organisation and collaboration, you’ll enable internal teams and customers to deliver the right product at the right time, supporting both efficiency and performance.


Your Responsibilities

  • Support Product Leads with product administration activities across the full product lifecycle.
  • Maintain Critical Date Path (CDP) plans to ensure activity remains on track.
  • Manage product briefs, requests for quotes and product data requirements.
  • Coordinate activity linked to customer submissions and range sign‑off processes.
  • Prepare sales and ranking reports to support product performance reviews.
  • Support product cost administration by sharing agreed information with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate product databases, line lists and lifecycle cost information.
  • Agree CDP timings with wider teams, attend key meetings and update trackers as required.
  • Ensure all administration is completed ahead of deadlines and updates are clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and information packs, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement based on audience needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including product reviews and recommendations.
  • Brief internal partners on FSDU requirements and complete associated administration.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, sharing insights with relevant teams.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across all systems.

  • Your Accountabilities

    • Delivery of administrative and process tasks aligned to the Critical Date Path.
    • Timely and accurate team reporting.
    • Completion of competitor and market analysis activity.
    • Ownership of product data accuracy and system maintenance.
    • Ongoing liaison with suppliers and vendors to support product delivery.

    To Be Successful You Will Need

    • Experience in a product development, buying or merchandising role, ideally within FMCG, stationery or gifting.
    • Experience managing data and updating systems accurately and on time.
    • Experience producing reports, sharing insights and analysing information to drive improvements.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • A digital mindset with the ability to use tools to support efficient ways of working.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
    • A collaborative, proactive approach with a strong focus on supporting team needs.
    • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
