Associate Recruiter (German Speaker)

We’re looking for a German speaking Associate Recruiter that will be joining our RPO team, supporting our client, a multinational Pharma company. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools.

Job Responsibilitie

• sWork closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands recruitment need
• sIdentify relevant channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirement
• sMeasure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcome
• sEnsure effective candidate relationship management strategies are managed to build strong relationships with the passive candidate communit
• yPartner with the recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searche
• sLead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions
