Your Role
We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Elite business unit, supporting the continued success of Hudl’s acquisition of scouting rights, strategic partnerships and monetisation. This is an entry-level role, where you’ll report to and work closely with the Director of Rights and Partnerships, playing an important role in acquiring content on a global basis in line with the overarching content strategy.

Your Role
We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Elite business unit, supporting the continued success of Hudl’s acquisition of scouting rights, strategic partnerships and monetisation. This is an entry-level role, where you’ll report to and work closely with the Director of Rights and Partnerships, playing an important role in acquiring content on a global basis in line with the overarching content strategy.
This Role Will Include
- Strategic planning. You’ll oversee databases to help identify content and develop a rights acquisition pipeline.
- Collaboration. Working closely with the data science team, you’ll assess content and provide standardised acquisition valuations, recommendations and reports to senior management based on performance and analytics.
- Contract negotiation. We’ll show you how to steer the ship in the commercial aspects of contracts with global sports rights-holders. You’ll demonstrate first-class relationship management skills with rights-holders, federations and agencies.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
