The Role
- Assist on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad range of assets, acting for both lenders and sponsors.
- Draft and negotiate key finance documents, including complex facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documents, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
- Advise on financing structures across offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets — from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large-scale developments.
- Support the project management of transactions, working closely with partners, associates and paralegals.
