Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team. This patient-facing role involves a mix of home visits and in-clinic appointments, delivering high-quality care across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is flexible, clinically confident, and passionate about achieving excellent hearing outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing assessments and consultations for NHS and private patients
- Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
- Provide thorough aftercare and follow-up support to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with HCPC and company standards
- Manage stock of hearing aids and associated equipment
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC registered
- Previous experience as a qualified Audiologist
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in both NHS and private audiology settings
