Main Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute audits across VSLs delivery scope (soil mixing, embankments, plastic cut-off walls, load transfer platforms). Support client audits, providing evidence of compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Manage audit findings, corrective actions, and ensure timely close-out. Advise engineering, construction, and supply chain teams on QA/QC standards. Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements through structured audit processes. Support surveillance and configuration management, including Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs). Promote a strong quality culture across delivery teams and stakeholders.
Education & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Proven experience as a Lead Auditor on large-scale infrastructure, nuclear, or other highly regulated projects.
Technical Skills Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (essential); knowledge of ISO 19443 advantageous.
Strong understanding of audit principles, QA/QC systems, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in ground engineering, geotechnical works, or infrastructure projects highly desirable.

Analytical, detail-focused, and committed to delivering results. Excellent communication skills; confident engaging with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging practices.
