Job Title: Rx Central Quality Auditor (Process Owner)

Department: Global Quality (Rx)

Reports to: Director, Global Quality Systems

The Opportunity

Are you a strategic Quality leader with a passion for driving global standards? As our Rx Central Quality Auditor & Process Owner, you won’t just be ticking boxes—you will be the architect of our auditing community. You will lead the scheduling and execution of GMDP audits across our CMOs, third parties, and internal manufacturing sites, ensuring Mundipharma maintains a world-class compliance posture.

What You’ll Do

Audit Strategy & Leadership: Act as the Global Process Owner for Rx audits. You’ll establish the systems, standards, and risk-based metrics that define how we manage auditing activities globally.
Build a Community of Practice: Lead and mentor a global community of auditors. You’ll identify talent, manage the training matrix, and foster a culture of best-practice sharing.
Risk-Based Execution:

Manage the global Rx audit schedule for CMOs and internal sites, ensuring every audit is performed to the highest GMDP/GxP standards.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify compliance risks and drive CAPA resolutions. You’ll be the SME during external inspections and stay ahead of the curve on shifting global legislation.

Stakeholder Influence: Provide authoritative guidance to internal and external partners, harmonizing "ways of working" across the Mundipharma network.

What You Bring

Educational Foundation: A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
Certified Expertise: Lead Auditor certification is essential.
GxP Mastery: Deep knowledge of GMDP, Quality Risk Management (QRM), and global regulatory landscapes.
Leadership Mindset: Proven ability to coach remote teams, manage complex resources, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
