Department Overview
The Authorisations function is responsible for delivering an effective Authorisations framework for the PRA, ensuring compliance with various UK statutory requirements, in accordance with the PRA's risk tolerance and decision-making framework.
We are recognised, within and outside the Bank, as the centre of excellence for Authorisations knowledge, providing mentorship and direction on all regulatory transaction issues, always ensuring high quality outputs. We effectively combine deep technical knowledge and practical implementation. We are at the forefront of developments affecting Authorisations by making judgements to arrive at decisions in partnership with Supervision and others on behalf of the PRA, and ensuring the appropriate management of critical events in a firm's lifecycle.
Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join us, with strong analytical and positive stakeholder management skills who are eager and passionate about pursuing this exciting and interesting role. The successful candidate will be pivotal in helping the Authorisations division drive forward the operational agenda within the Operations Team. Salary and Benefits Information
We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate.
Salary is circa £37,520 - £41,700. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below:
National Security Vetting Process
Employment in this role will be subject to the National Security Vetting clearance process (and typically can take between 6 to 12 weeks post offer) and the passing of additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy.
