As Automation & AI Solutions Specialist, you will design, develop and optimise digital automation and AI‑enabled solutions under the direction of the Automation & AI Solutions Manager. The role supports the Trust’s ambition to replace manual processes, improve data flows and embed modern, user‑centred digital services.
You will work across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to development, deployment, optimisation and support. The postholder will also play an important role in helping colleagues understand and adopt artificial intelligence tools safely, ethically and effectively, in line with governance and data protection requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, innovation and practical delivery, and who is keen to develop their expertise in automation and AI within a public‑sector environment.
