We are now looking for an experienced B2B Commercial Manager to lead our commercial sales function and drive growth across our wholesale, foodservice, retail and distributor channels.
This is a senior commercial leadership role combining strategy, sales leadership and hands-on business development, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to expand our market presence and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.

You will lead the B2B sales team, strengthen key customer partnerships and identify new opportunities to grow the distribution and impact of our product portfolio across the UK.
You will also play a critical role in developing a high-performing sales culture and ensuring Brindisa continues to be a trusted partner for exceptional Spanish food.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Sales Leadership
Develop and deliver Brindisa’s B2B commercial strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Own revenue and margin targets across wholesale, foodservice, retail and distributor channels
Translate strategy into clear sales priorities, targets and action plans for the sales team
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximise growth
Sales Growth & Business Development
Lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors and markets
Support key negotiations and ensure strong commercial agreements
Represent Brindisa at industry events and trade shows
Key Account Management
Provide leadership for strategic B2B account management
Support Account Managers in building long-term commercial partnerships
Develop customer growth plans to increase distribution and account value
Maintain senior-level relationships with key strategic customers
Data, Insight & Commercial Performance
Ensure strong pipeline visibility and CRM management
Analyse sales data to drive better pricing, promotions and distribution
Contribute to commercial forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing B2B sales team
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Provide coaching, mentoring and clear performance expectations
About You
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution.
Essential experience
Strong experience in B2B sales leadership or commercial management
Proven track record delivering revenue growth and leading sales teams
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong commercial and financial awareness
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Desirable
Experience in FMCG, speciality food, foodservice or wholesale distribution
Knowledge of premium food brands or Spanish gastronomy
Experience using CRM and ERP systems

Salary & Benefits
£65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) plus Bonus
