Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking motivated nurses to join our specialist Looked After Children (LAC) Service.
This is a rewarding community role focused specifically on improving outcomes for children and young people in care.
You will deliver holistic health assessments, develop SMART care plans, and support emotional, physical and developmental wellbeing for a highly vulnerable group.
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will build meaningful relationships with children, carers and partner agencies, acting as a key advocate and trusted professional.
