Responsible for collecting data for the Department for Education (DfE) and BCHC learning

management systems in accordance with the published Individual Learner Record (ILR)

schedule and work with colleagues delivering apprenticeships to maintain and audit enrolment

records and validation processes to ensure data accuracy.

Responsible for collecting quality data for the Trust’s Self- Assessment / Ofsted audits and

producing reports and audits in line with the DfE and Ofsted requests

The post holder will not have any line management or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsible for ensuring levy funding and additional allowances are drawn down from the DfE

to generate an apprenticeship budget worth approximately £1m per annum
