If so, we have a rare opportunity to join our dynamic team on the Acute Stroke Unit.Our Acute Stroke Unit is a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering timely, evidence-based care to patients in the earliest and most critical phases of stroke. Working within a skilled multidisciplinary team, the unit provides specialist assessment, hyperacute interventions, and focused rehabilitation to support recovery from the moment of admission.We are committed to supporting our staff to develop clinical expertise, take part in service improvement, and play an active role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred stroke care. Main duties of the job

The Acute Stroke Unit (ASU) is a 31 bedded ward with a 4 bedded hyperacute bay that take acute admissions from the Emergency Department and other hospitals. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses who have a passion for developing their knowledge and skills in Stroke nursing. You'll work closely with a wide range ofprofessionals including Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other specialists across the hospital.You will be part of a supportive and nurturing team with a strong focus on teamwork, professional development, and patient-centred care.
